ORDER TRACKING

- weather conditions;
- transportation issues;

- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an order is returned due to:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

KomfyCup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
