Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and unworn;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original sealed packaging;
- with all tags included; and
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate or personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at komfycup@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- opened or used intimate/personal care products;
- sale items;
- gift cards;
- customized or personalized products;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
However, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
